We are happy to confirm that our annual AGM will be held on Wednesday 10th June at the Glynn East Hall, McLeans Island at 7pm.
Please note that due to our Level 2 status, we need to cap the numbers at 100 people, and contact tracing and hygiene practices will be in place.
You will be required to sign in when you arrive, and we request that you stay away if you are feeling unwell or have any cold/ flu like symptoms, no matter how minor.
Unlike previous years, there won’t be the opportunity to stay and share supper or a cup of tea, we will have to save that for a little bit longer.
We look forward to seeing you there and welcome any new people keen to join our committee.
